The Oklahoma Air National Guard intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for HVAC Replacement/Repair Base-wide. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220, and the small business size standard is $19 Million. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. The contractor is required to sign the attached solicitation document and return 1 copy. By signing, the contractor agrees to provide all items set forth or otherwise identified above and on any additional sheets subject to the terms and conditions specified herein. EVALUATION OF RESPONSES / FACTORS: Award will be conducted and evaluated under the provisions of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items and the competitive negotiation procedures of FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation.
