This project is to construct sloped concrete sides around an existing raised pedestal for a static F-15 heritage aircraft display. In addition to the pedestal, the contractor will demolish and remove the traffic island located in front of the West Gate guard shack, repair the underlying irrigation, and repave the area. The final surface will be smooth and seamless. The magnitude of this requirement is less than $25,000 Request for Quote (RFQ) details are provided on the attached solicitation. This requirement is being solicited as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Review the RFQ solicitation instructions for quote submission criteria. Quotes shall be submitted electronically to the following email addresses: jarrod.sanchez@us.af.mil; justin.scales.1@us.af.mil A site visit is tentatively scheduled for Thursday 25 June at 0900 PDT. The designated rally point will be the west gate visitor parking lot. Parking space is limited therefore carpooling is strongly advised. To be granted base access, Offerors must complete Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) Prequalification and submit a base access form.
