07/11/2026: Attaching SOW KNMD 262002 REPLACE B3408 CHILLER_V3 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W50SLF-26-R-A0010001 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). Work covered in this project includes, but not limited to, removal and replacement of one (1) 160 nominal ton rotary screw water chiller. Minimum cooling capacity of chiller must match existing (150 tons). Additionally, contractor will be required to isolate chiller, recover chilled water, properly dispose of wastewater, and replace existing isolation valves. The chillers primary water pump will also need to be replaced. Lastly, contractor shall integrate chiller into existing direct digital control (DDC) system, test, adjust and balance accordingly. The anticipated Period of Performance is 330 days to account for lead times for chiller manufacturing and delivery. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.
