EO 14398 - Sherburne NWR South Loop Autotour Rehab This is a Synopsis/Pre-Solicitation notice. The final solicitation package will follow. This opportunity is only available to Small Businesses. The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service Construction Team has a requirement for the following: The rehabilitation of the Autotour - South Loop at Sherburne National Wildlife Refuge in Zimmerman, MN and other miscellaneous features associated with said work. The project includes aggregate roadway placement, shoulder grading, demolition of wooden deck, revegetation of disturbed areas, and other miscellaneous associated improvements. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. This will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract and Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The complete Solicitation will be posted to https://sam.gov/ under Contract Opportunities on or about June 23, 2026. Interested contractors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management, www.sam.gov) and complete Online Representations and Certifications. A pre-proposal site visit and instructions will also be announced with the solicitation. The NAICS code is 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction and the size standard is $45 million. The project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. The work will commence within 15 days of Notice to Proceed and be completed by the agreed upon date at the time of award.
