The James H. Quillen VAMC, 809 Lamont Street, Mountain Home, TN 37684-4000 has a requirement for a contractor to provide construction services for Project 621-24-103 Historic Theater Building No. 35 Renovation. The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment and supervision necessary to accomplish the work in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Work includes, but is not limited to, new construction, architectural plans, Civil, Structural, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, data/communications, and physical security systems, within the Project Area. Renovation work includes interior and exterior historical features. NAICS Code 236220 is applicable to this requirement. The Small Business size standard is $45M. Product Service Code: Y1QA Construction of Restoration of Real Property Period of Performance: 545 Calendar Days The estimate range of construction is between $10,000,000.00 and $20,000,000.00 This requirement will be procured per Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (RFO) Overhaul Part 15, as a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. The evaluation factors and sub-factors under consideration for this requirement will be available upon the solicitation release, which is anticipated to be on or by May 27, 2026.
